The Town Manager presented the Board of Commissioners with the fiscal year proposed budget on Thursday, May 12. More information can be found below.

The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the budget ordinance on Thursday, June 9th 2022 at 7:00 pm. Anyone wishing to make a comment on the proposed budget may do so at that time.
The Board of Commissioners were presented with the fiscal year 2021 audit on February 10th 2022.
A few takeaways from the most current audit are:
- Overall General Fund fund balance increased by $182,695 (compared to a decrease of $124,692 in FY 2020);
- Overall Utility Fund fund balance decreased by $95,931 (compared to a decrease of $228,570 in FY 2020); and
- Overall fund balance is at 26% (a small growth from fiscal year 2020).
