Welcome to the New Town of Ranlo Website

We’re excited to welcome you to the new townofranlo.org — redesigned from the ground up to make it easier to find what you need, stay informed about what’s happening in town, and get in touch with the right department the first time.

Here’s what’s new:

Find things faster. A redesigned “I Want To…” menu puts the most common tasks — paying a utility bill, applying for a permit, reporting a problem, finding a form — right up front, so you don’t have to dig through department pages to get where you’re going.

Real-time project updates. Curious how the South Ranlo Waterline project or the new Town Hall are coming along? Our new Project Tracker gives you live status updates, milestones, and documents for every major infrastructure project in town — all in one place.

Meeting Records, made simple. Every Board of Commissioners meeting now has its own page with video, a plain-language summary of what was discussed and decided, and agendas — so you can stay in the loop even if you couldn’t attend.

Built for everyone. Accessibility wasn’t an afterthought — it was part of the plan from day one. Look for the “Listen to this page” button to have any page read aloud, and expect clear layouts, readable text, and keyboard-friendly navigation throughout the site.

Departments and committees, all in one hub. Every Town department now has its own page with contact info and services. Interested in serving on a committee like the Ranlo Resource Network or the Ranlo Experience Committee? Find out how to get involved right from their pages.

Pay your utility bill online. Quick access to online bill pay, permit applications, and other everyday services — right from the homepage.

Stay current on events. Our new calendar keeps Miltown Nights, Food Truck Fridays, the Health Fair, and other community events in one easy-to-browse spot.

We built this site to be a true hub for Ranlo residents — not just a place to look something up once and never come back to, but a resource you’ll actually want to check regularly. Have a look around, and let us know if you have any questions or run into anything that doesn’t seem right.

Welcome home, Ranlo.
