Update – September 11, 2026

The Town of Ranlo received three (3) sealed bids for the renovation of the Community Building.

At the September 10, 2026 Town Commissioners meeting, the Board voted to table discussion of the Community Building renovation project until the next Town Commissioners meeting in October.

No discussion regarding the bids or project took place, and no action was taken to award the project.

Additional information will be provided following future action by the Town Commissioners.

Milestone Timeline

  1. Invitation for sealed bids issued August 19, 2026

    Notice published inviting qualified contractors to bid on Community Building renovations and repairs. Bid packets available at Town Hall.

  2. Sealed bids due September 8, 2026

    Three (3) sealed bids received by the September 8, 2026, 5:00 PM deadline.

  3. Board consideration (October meeting) October 8, 2026

    At the September 10, 2026 meeting, the Board tabled discussion until the next Town Commissioners meeting in October. No award action taken. Target date is the October Board meeting (typically second Thursday).
