On July 29, 2020 Executive Orders 124 & 142 expired, and with it the late fee restriction on utility bills. Any late payment on your current bill will result in a $5.00 late fee starting 5:00PM on Saturday, August 15. To avoid disconnection, any charges on your current bill must be paid before 5:00PM on Tuesday, August 25. For any current bills not paid by that time, disconnects will be conducted starting on Wednesday, August 26.
For any outstanding bills that were due between March 31, 2020 and July 29, 2020, we provide a payment plan option for our residential customers. The payment plan allows customers to pay off past due balances over several months/installments. The deadline to set up a payment plan is August 31, 2020 and all past due balances must be paid in full by January 31, 2021.

After Town Hall reopens for normal business, all water bills will be due on their regular schedule.
