The Town of Ranlo, North Carolina has appointed a new Town Manager. As of January 16, 2024, Charlie Hansen will now serve in the position.
Charlie joins Ranlo with ten years of local and state government leadership experience. Charlie’s experience in local government leadership includes working in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina municipalities. He played a large role in the development of multiple municipality strategic plans helping identify and layout a vision for communities. His most recent position was leading Operations for the first Public School of Innovation in South Carolina, where he managed a $13,000,000 budget. Charlie holds a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston and is also a graduate of West Virginia University.
