The Town of Ranlo is requesting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed
contractors for renovations and repairs to the Town of Ranlo Community Building
located at 15 Park Dr in Ranlo.
Interested contractors must pick up a Bid Specifications and Scope of Work Packet
from:
Town of Ranlo Town Hall
1624 Spencer Mountain Road
Gastonia, NC 28054
Completed bid packets must be submitted sealed to Town Hall no later than:
Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM
Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The Town of Ranlo encourages all qualified contractors to review the bid specifications and
submit a proposal for consideration.
