The Town of Ranlo is pleased to announce that partner Nick Tosco was sworn in yesterday as the Town Attorney for Ranlo, North Carolina. Nick will work closely with the Town Board to provide legal counsel for a wide range of issues and to represent the municipal government in litigation matters.
Nick concentrates his practice in the areas of local government law, land use, zoning, and complex civil litigation. During his nine years in private practice, including over four years at Poyner Spruill, Nick has defended local governments against constitutional challenges, represented clients in zoning dispute litigation, negotiated favorable condemnation settlements, represented clients in quasi-judicial and legislative proceedings at the local and state level, and managed extensive reviews of complex public records.
