Rhyne Place & Rhyne Street Resurfacing

The Town has issued an Invitation to Bid for street resurfacing on Rhyne Place and Rhyne Street. The work includes milling the existing pavement to a depth of four inches, installing four inches of NCDOT-approved asphalt binder course, and raising manholes and water valve boxes to match the finished pavement. All work must meet NCDOT standards.

The Town is accepting open bids; sealed envelopes are not required. Bids go to the Public Works Department at Town Hall, 1624 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, NC 28054. See the full Invitation to Bid below for bid requirements.
