2027 Reappraisal Public Meeting
Gaston County’s next countywide property reappraisal is scheduled for 2027, and we know residents may have questions about what a new property value could mean for their tax bill.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join Gaston County at the Town’s October Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on October 8 at 7 PM at the Ranlo Lodge for a public presentation from the Gaston County Tax Office.
This is an opportunity to learn more about how the County reappraisal process works, understand the difference between your property value, Gaston County tax rate, and Town of Ranlo municipal tax rate, and ask questions directly following the presentation.
We welcome homeowners with questions or anyone who wants to better understand the process before new values take effect.
