The Ranlo Board of Commissioners will meet for a special meeting on Tuesday, July 20th 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm for the purpose of directing the Town Clerk to investigate a petition for voluntary annexation received under North Carolina General Statute 160A-31. The Board will then meet again for a special meeting on Thursday, July 29th 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm for the purpose of reviewing the Town Clerk’s investigation of a petition for voluntary annexation received under North Carolina General Statute 160A-31. The Board will discuss setting a public hearing on the proposed annexation at that time. Both meetings are open to the public and will be held at Ranlo Town Hall, 1624 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, North Carolina 28054.
