Message from Town of Ranlo Finance Department
January 22, 2021
Executive Order 124, which prohibited utility shut-offs for nonpayment for residential customers, expired on July 29, 2020. All Ranlo residents who had a COVID balance at that time were given the opportunity to pay off the balance in six months.
On January 30, 2021 the Town of Ranlo will resume shut-off for nonpayment on those COVID-19 balances. Please ensure that you pay off your outstanding balance before 5:00PM on January 29, 2021. If you do not have a copy of your COVID agreement or have any questions, please call Town Hall at (704) 824-3461.
PLEASE NOTE: Your most current bill (dated December 29, 2020) is due by 5:00 PM on January 25th to avoid disconnection.
Payments may be made using the drop box, drive thru, or on the website.
