The Ranlo Planning Board will be considering a rezoning request for Parcel #196545 located between 101 Crescent Avenue and 95 Crescent Avenue. The property owner has requested a rezoning from the current zoning of SFR-3 to MU-1. The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, August 17th at 6:00 pm.
A community meeting will be held after the Ranlo Planning Board’s recommendation at 5:30 pm on August 31 at Ranlo Town Hall.
The Ranlo Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the rezoning request at 7:00 pm on September 14, 2023.
