Last week, Town leadership kicked off the collaborative study with Creech and Associates that will bring to life and draw the blueprints for a mixed-use municipal complex to build a new home for local businesses and open the Town for new companies to expand and anchor right here in Ranlo.
Residences, offices, restaurants, and shops to build our local tax base to help keep taxes low and enhance the quality of life for all are options that will be presented for public consideration and comment.
The project will take several months and will include a number of opportunities for the public to engage and provide input.
We expect to host multiple sessions throughout the project to inform you about the progress and hear your thoughts. Information regarding how to participate in the public work sessions will be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks.
