The Town of Ranlo is currently seeking a results-oriented candidate for the position of Town Coordinator. Ranlo is a small Town located in the Piedmont area of North Carolina with a population of approximately 4,500 and a combined operating budget of approximately $3 million dollars.
Ranlo is searching for a manager that has the skills and personality to be successful in a small Town. The Town Coordinator is responsible for day to day operations of the town including 27 full-time employees covering public works, water/sewer, recreation, police, and administration.
Previous Local Government management experience is preferred. Completion of an undergraduate degree, from an accredited Collage or University, preferable with a completion of a Master’s Degree in public or business administration or related field and three years’ experience as a manager of exempt salaried personnel or as Assistant Town Manager or Department Head, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. However, this is negotiable based on education and experience.
