The Town of Ranlo is currently seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the project entitled “Ranlo Design Standards Update.” Proposals for this work will be received at Ranlo Town Hall, 1624 Spencer Mountain Road until 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 6th 2021. Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Please contact Town Hall for more information at 704-824-3461. Proposals may be mailed to the Town of Ranlo: Attn. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all informalities concerning proposals, or award proposals to service provider offering the best value to the Town, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract. The consultant will also complete the E-Verify Requirement. A negotiation of the final contract price will be between the Town and the chosen firm. It is the policy of the Town of Ranlo to foster, maintain and promote equal opportunity for businesses. The Town shall select a firm on the basis of the applicant’s qualifications for the job and award them, with respect to compensation and opportunity for training and advancement, including upgrading and promotion, without regard to age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, political affiliation, or marital status.
